Psychology Post-Doctoral Training Positions

The University of California, San Francisco, Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is accepting applications for two full-time, 12-month, psychology post-doctoral training positions. One will begin on June 2, 2014 and the second position will have a start date of October 6, 2014.

UCSF is the second largest employer in San Francisco with approximately 23,000 employees, including the University Campus and Medical Center. FSAP is an internal EAP program that provides individual counseling and organizational consulting services. The trainee will function as an integral member of the clinical team. Primary duties will include brief psychotherapy, crisis intervention and referral services with individual clients. In addition, the trainee will learn skills specialized for EAP work, including psycho-educational workshop presentations to the UCSF community and organizational consulting services to management. The program consists of clinical activity, didactics, supervision & mentorship. The program provides 1500 hours of supervised experience toward licensure.

Applicants with a PhD or PsyD in Psychology, excellent individual clinical skills and experience or a strong interest in organizational, leadership and group psychology are encouraged to apply. $24,960 per year on per diem basis. Please make sure to indicate clearly whether you would like to be considered for the June or October starting date.
