Psychology students have access to all organizational psychology faculty across the Alliant system. The faculty, as both academics and practitioners, bring practical experience to their teaching and welcome the diverse experiences and perspectives of all graduate students. If you are interested in being an IO psychologist or inclined to improve organizational behavior in a workplace, your mentors can guide you in the field. All faculty of the psychology program in the graduate school have earned doctoral degrees.
