Announcing ALLiantHELP! Now Available for Virtual One-Stop Support

Beginning today, ALLiantHELP is now available as a virtual one-stop support center for Alliant students, faculty and staff.

Alliant students may now utilize ALLiantHELP for seamless assistance with student accounts, financial aid, registration, academic policies and procedures, disability services, veteran service, IT, facilities, international student services and more.

Alliant faculty and staff may utilize ALLiantHELP for IT and facilities support.

We’ve listened to the Alliant community, and we know that you need convenient, integrated and improved support service across the Alliant system. With ALLiantHELP, you now have:

  • Multiple methods of convenient contact and access to a virtual student services center;
  • An automated case management approach that guarantees tracking of issue resolution across departments; and
  • An evolving shared knowledge base to ensure quality, consistent responses and best practices.

As you find yourself in need for support in the areas of student services, IT or facilities, use ALLiantHELP. It’s as easy as dialing 4357 when on campus or by visiting our dedicated web page.

How to Access ALLiantHELP

The ALLiantHELP team of student services, IT and facilities support staff is now accessible by any of the following methods:

  • Phone – Dial 4357 when on campus, or call 1-844-313-4357 toll free; You will be prompted to identify the nature of your issue and routed to an appropriate service responder
  • Email – Complete an e-ticket online by selecting the "Email" option found at ALLiantHELP and choosing one of the following options: StudentHELP, ITHELP or FacilitiesHELP.
  • Searchable knowledge base – Get self-help by searching our ever expanding online knowledge database at for answers to frequently asked questions and informative articles
  • Live chat (current students only) – Chat live with an ALLiantHELP advisor

ALLiantHELP Hours of Operation

  • Student Services - 9 am to 9 pm (M-Th) | 9 am to 5 pm (F-Sa)
  • IT - 7:30 am to 7:30 pm (M-F) | 7:30 am to 2:30 pm (Sa)
  • Facilities - 9 am – 5:30 pm (M-F) plus emergency 24 hour access
