Leila Naderi

On Tuesday, September 22, Alliant San Diego will host a seminar called "Leading with Mind and Heart: Yoga for Leadership." Attendees will participate in a discussion on the philosophy of yoga and leadership skills such as emotional intelligence, self-awareness, confidence, teamwork and communication. There will also be an analysis of how mind-body practices such as yoga can help to develop leadership skills in individuals and impact the efficiency of organizations. This event will be presented by Leila Naderi.

Leila Naderi is the founder of "Yoga 4 Leadership." She is a student in Alliant's PhD in leadership program, has an MBA degree and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Naderi has combined her international leadership background with her exclusive yoga therapy teaching experience to develop a unique mind-body training program which is especially designed for leaders, executives, great thinkers and high achievers.
