"Toward Inclusion: A Key Necessity to Benefit from Diversity in a Multicultural World"
Congratulations Professor Bernardo M. Ferdman, PhD, CSPP Organizational Psychology Program on his newly published article, “Toward Inclusion: A Key Necessity to Benefit from Diversity in a Multicultural World“ in VOICE, the online Global Youth Magazine. In this essay, directed to youth but accessible and relevant to all, Ferdman discusses what inclusion is, what must be done to create and sustain it, and why it is so important in the context of diversity.
As a “global bi-monthly magazine of the youth, for the youth and by the youth” focused on intercultural dialogue,VOICE strives to engage young people in global issues and in addressing diversity, intergroup and intercultural relations, and other key concerns. The magazine is supported by the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, the Global Dialogue Foundation, and the SAGE Foundation.
