Candy Smallwood

Candy Smallwood, Alumna of the San Francisco Law School at Alliant, was recognized by The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) for making a difference in her community.

Candy grew up in the Bayview-Hunter's Point area of San Francisco. She graduated from San Francisco Law School in 2012 and passed the February 2013 California Bar Exam. Since finishing law school, Candy has opened her solo practice offering legal service in family and small business law.

Candy volunteers with The Bar Association of San Francisco taking pro-bono eviction defense and family law cases. She also volunteers with the housing negotiation project and is on the AIDS legal referral panel. In November of 2013, Candy was interviewed by The Bar Association of San Francisco were she was recognized for her work in her community. Read Candy's full interview with the BASF.
