Biography

Dr. Camden-Anders has been an organization development (OD) consultant and a provider of employee education and development since 1978. As a free lance consultant, she has consulted to a variety of clients in both public and private sectors. She has held executive management and senior consultant positions during her career within major corporations: UOP (Manager - Organization & Employee Development, Director/Team Leader - Worldwide Change Management: SAP implementation); BP/Amoco (Senior Consultant - Corporate Headquarters, Faculty - Corporate University: The Amoco Management Learning Center), Allstate Insurance (Senior Consultant - Corporate Headquarters).

As a free lance consultant her experience ranged from Fortune 500 to small entrepreneurial companies in financial, utility, oil, insurance, health care, consumer products, and retail industries to not-for-profit social service and governmental agencies. A partial list of organizational clients include: Cincinnati Gas & Electric, Dean Witter, Discover Card, BP/Amoco, Edward Lowe Industries, Clarin, Inc., Chicago White Metal, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, Allstate Motor Club, University of Chicago Hospitals, Grant Hospital, Kaiser-Permanente, Central Valley Children's Hospital, Citigroup, Montgomery Ward, Illinois Department of Health & Human Services, Employment Security, Social Security Administration, State of Illinois Chamber of Commerce, Archdiocese of Chicago, Northwestern University Family Institute.
