Dr. Glenn S. Lipson, associate professor and interim program director at the California School of Forensic Studies (CSFS) at Alliant International University, has been diligently working to address and prevent sexual misconduct in schools.

With the help of the Grossmont Union High School District, and following extensive research, Dr. Lipson launched a multimedia training initiative in August of 2010, Making Right Choices (MRC). MRC is designed to educate all school personnel about the problem of sexual misconduct.

A recent newsletter from SELF -- Schools Excess Liability Fund, a statewide public education agency in Sacramento, featured an article re-capping the MRC program development and the positive impacts seen since its inception.
