SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Nov. 8, 2012 – California School of Management & Leadership (CSML) Professor Dr. Cornelis Los has been invited to serve on the Research Council of the prestigious Indian Institute of Finance.
Indian Institute of Finance (IIF), set up in 1987 as a non-profit autonomous educational institution, promotes education, research training, consultancy in Financial Economics and provides industry with talented finance professionals. In the last 25 years, IIF has emerged as a Unique institution, base for scholarship and a center of excellence. It is the only organization of its kind in India.
IIF is also regularly publishing its 400 page refereed quarterly journal, Finance India, since 1987. Some of the most prominent experts and Nobel Laureates, Franco Modigliani, Merton H. Miller, Bob Merton, Bob Mundell, Douglass North, James Heckman, Rene Sultz, Dick Brealey, Fredric Mishkin and Jagdish Bhagwati, are on the editorial board of the journal. There are more than 200 experts from all over the world in the area of finance and financial economics who are associated with different activities of the Institute.
