Biography

Patricia Denise Lopez is Professor in the Organizational Psychology Programs at the California School of Professional Psychology of Alliant International University, where she has taught since 2005. She teaches a variety of courses in the Organizational Psychology, MBA and Leadership PhD programs, such as Work Motivation and Productivity, Leadership, Organizational Change & Development, Consultation and Facilitation and Ethical, Legal and Professional Issues in Organizational Psychology. Her areas of research interest are in employee engagement, leadership, and diversity and inclusion. She has over 20 years experience consulting to various business and non-profit organizations in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific. She completed her Masters and PhD in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College, New York, USA. She has a coaching accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
