Nurcan Ensari
Biography

Nurcan Ensari is a social and organizational psychologist who teaches and conducts research in the area of intergroup relations, leadership and diversity management. She conducts multicultural research with international collaborators from England, India, Turkey, Thailand, Greece, and Hong Kong. She is an ad-hoc reviewer and editor for several journals, and a recipient of academic awards. She is currently a professor and program director at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University. She previously served as the systemwide director, the director of the IO psychology certificate program in Turkey, international advisor at Assumption University of Thailand, and adjunct professor at the City University of Hong Kong. Dr. Ensari holds an MA and a PhD in social psychology from the University of Southern California, an MA in social psychology and a BS in mathematics from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey.
