KUSI News Interviews Dr. Glenn Lipson about Planned Release of a Recidivist Sex Offender in San Diego

Program Director for the California School of Forensic Studies in San Diego Dr. Glenn Lipson was featured on KUSI News this morning discussing the case of Douglas Badger. Badger, a recidivist sex offender,  is due to be released from prison later this week, upsetting the local community.
