Senate Chaplain--and United States International University Alumnus--Barry C. Black was featured in The New York Times article, "Give Us This Day, Our Daily Senate Scolding". During the government shutdown in October, Black used his daily morning prayer to scold lawmakers and show his disapproval of the federal government shutdown.
