Alliant Professor of Finance Dr. Cornelis Los met with Dr. William J. Bennett,  former U.S. Secretary of Education, at an annual dinner in honor of Sir Winston S. Churchill.

The dinner was organized by The Claremont Institute and held at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday, March 16, 2013. A rousing speech on "The Road to Conservative Victory" offered several new perspectives which Dr. Los will apply to his teaching.
