San Diego Organizational Psychology Professor, Dr. Bernardo Ferdman, and three current CSPP students, Brian Beamish, Sarah Maxwell, and Gustavo Jaramillo, have been published in an e-book for their second year research project. The book, “From Communication Landscapes to Bullying Backgrounds”, contains discussions on interactions, struggles, bullying and the abuse of power. The research conducted by CSPP students and Dr. Ferdman is based on the “perception of bullying in workplace settings.”
