Biography
Dr. Tina Orr, DNP, RN, is an Assistant Professor at Alliant University School of Nursing and Health Sciences. She has held faculty and academic appointments at several higher education institutions, including Herzing University, Concordia University Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, Bryant & Stratton College, Alverno College, Milwaukee Area Technical College, and Excelsior College.
Dr. Orr has made significant contributions to the nursing profession through her extensive experience in nursing education, clinical practice, curriculum development, and student mentorship. She has also delivered multiple presentations on interprofessional education (IPE), sharing her knowledge and expertise to promote collaboration and enhance educational outcomes across healthcare disciplines.
Committed to student success, Dr. Orr serves as a dedicated advocate and mentor, providing students with support, guidance, and educational resources to help them achieve their academic and professional goals. She remains committed to continuous professional growth and excellence in nursing education by participating in seminars, faculty development initiatives, and other professional learning opportunities to maintain and expand her knowledge and expertise.
