Biography

I am a Science and Outdoor Education Specialist with the Siskiyou County Office of Education, holding a BS in Kinesiology, an M.Ed. in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum Design, and credentials in Multiple Subject, Physical Education, and Educational Administration. With 18 years of teaching experience focusing primarily in PE, math, science, and outdoor education, I now lead countywide hands-on science programs, mentor teachers, manage the Siskiyou County Outdoor School, and write environmental education grants with a strong commitment to equity, curiosity-driven learning, and student engagement.
