Biography
Mark Lim is an Adjunct Professor in the School Counseling program at Alliant University. With over 30 years of dedicated service in K-12 public education system, Mark brings a wealth of practical real-world knowledge to the university classroom. His professional background includes experiences as a middle school teacher and counselor as well as a high school counselor.
Mark currently serves as an AVID high school counselor in the Riverside Unified School district, where he supports first generation students with their post secondary goals. He is deeply committed to mentoring and empowering the next generation of school counselors. Mark holds a B.A. in Sociology from Pitzer College, a Master of Public Administration degree from California State University, Fullerton and a PPS School Counseling credential and a Multiple Subjects Teaching credential.
