Julie Myers, PsyD, MSCP, is an adjunct faculty at the Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology, and has co-taught psychopharmacology of depression and PTSD since 2017 (adding OCD in 2025).
In addition to psychology, Dr. Myers has a background in the sciences and economics and has published work on traumatic grief, addiction, and oyster aquaculture. Her passion for the RxP movement led to years of advocacy with the California Psychological Association Division V.
Dr. Myers’ clinical specialties include treatment-resistant depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, alcohol use disorders, and biofeedback. She works closely with Alexander Papp, MD, using ketamine for mental health conditions and has given several talks on the subject. She is licensed in CA, NY, WI, and NM (inactive) and co-owns the Point Loma Clinic in San Diego, CA.
