Dr. Felicia Wilson received her doctoral degree in human services from Capella University, Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University, Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University, and Bachelor of Social Work degree from Alabama State University. She is a licensed master social worker in the state of Georgia. She also holds a certificate in Contemporary Theory in Addictive Behavior and is a Certified Professional Life Coach. Her direct professional experiences include working as an assistant administrator/director of social services in a long-term care facility, as a therapist with abused children who were victims of sexual exploitation, a director of customer services with a healthcare technology company, and a home care agency social worker. Her research interests include family caregiving, caregiver burnout, job burnout antecedents, and prevention. Dr. Wilson believes in having fun. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, collecting recipes, cooking, relaxing, and community service activities.
