Delphine Kevorkian

Biography

Delphine Kevorkian is an educational leader, counselor, and higher education professional with experience spanning K–12 student services, educational leadership, and counselor preparation programs. She currently serves as Assistant Principal of Student Life at Louisville High School, where she oversees student leadership programs, campus activities, and major school events while fostering a positive and engaging school culture. In addition, she serves as a PPS Clinical Program Coordinator and Adjunct Professor at Alliant International University, supporting graduate counseling candidates through clinical training, professional development, and credential completion.

With a background in school counseling, dean leadership, and student support services, Delphine has extensive experience working with diverse student populations in both academic and behavioral support roles. Her professional expertise includes MTSS/PBIS implementation, crisis intervention, restorative practices, student leadership development, and counseling support for academic, social, and emotional growth. She has previously served as a Dean of Discipline, Assistant Dean, and Academic Counselor, where she collaborated closely with students, families, faculty, and administrators to promote student success and positive school climate.

Delphine is currently pursuing an EdD in Educational Leadership and Management with Administrative Credentials at Alliant International University. She holds a Master of Arts in Education in School Counseling with a PPS Credential and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Fluent in French and Arabic, she is passionate about educational equity, student advocacy, leadership development, and creating supportive learning environments where students can thrive academically and personally.
