Biography

I’m originally from New York (Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn—where people are kind, but not “nice”), currently living in Burbank, CA, and I graduated from Alliant’s MFT program in 2019. I specialize in helping folx find self-cohesion, authenticity, and building personal power—particularly those who identify as BIPOC and survivors of complex, childhood and/or intergenerational trauma.

I’m certified in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), so my clinical foundation is in humanistic/attachment work, and I also integrate feminist and somatic theories to support post-traumatic growth. I have an additional certification in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (ketamine, MDMA, and psilocybin), and I supervise and teach.

My private practice focused on aligning with decolonized practices, and is mostly virtual, but I conduct home visits for my child clients (0–9). My passion is directly challenging the oppressive cultures that trained people to be silent about their pain.
