Biography

Dr Bailey is a licensed school psychologist with a PsyD in Educational Psychology from Alliant International University. Their doctoral training emphasized evidence-based practice in school settings, and their dissertation focused on threat assessment and mitigation as a means of promoting comprehensive school safety. This work reflects a strong commitment to proactive, prevention-oriented approaches that support both student well-being and secure learning environments.

With extensive experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams, Dr. Bailey provides high-quality mental health and psychological services tailored to the unique needs of K–12 school communities. Their areas of expertise include threat assessment, crisis prevention and response, behavioral intervention, psychoeducational evaluation, and consultation with educators, administrators, and families. Their work is grounded in ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and data-driven decision-making.

Dr. Bailey currently provides mental health and contract school psychology services to schools across North Carolina, California, Hawaii, and Virginia. Through both short-term and long-term engagements, they support districts in strengthening student supports, enhancing school safety frameworks, and building sustainable systems that promote academic success and social-emotional well-being.
