Biography
An experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching experience across all educational levels, from elementary through college, dedicated to fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments. Passionate about student growth, she is committed to ensuring all learners achieve to the best of their capabilities through meaningful instruction, strong relationships, and a student-centered approach. A lifelong learner who values continuous professional growth, she brings real-world insight and thoughtful practice into every classroom experience.
Since October 2021, she has served as an Adjunct Professor at Alliant International University, teaching courses such as Clinical Practice IV, Professional Learning and Practice, and Advanced Mentoring. She enjoys guiding and mentoring emerging professionals while providing the necessary support, encouragement, and resources for academic and professional success. Outside of education, she values family and community, enjoys attending live sports and concerts, reading, and traveling—experiences that contribute to a balanced, reflective, and engaged approach to teaching and learning.
