Forensic Leadership is Built on Passion and Compassion
This is a program for people who want to engage in service and make a difference in the world, for people who want to be involved in contributing to the prevention or investigation of violence and conflict, and for people who want to learn the specialized skills needed to manage and lead others in complex forensic environments. This is a field in which issues such as compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, conflict, violence, high-level stress, and complex decision-making are a regular and daily part of the working routine, and require those working in it to be well-trained, well-prepared, and—above all—compassionate and knowledgeable. Our program provides each graduate with the skills and tools needed to succeed in the complex forensic fields.
The program also offers several concentrations, such as: Advanced Situational Awareness; Forensic Victimology; Criminal Behavior; Conflict Resolution & Peace Studies; and Trial Consulting so that students can translate your education into impact across a variety of specialties.
