A delegation from Japan visited Alliant International University seeking suggestions for dealing with the crime of stalking. Chief Police Inspector Yuri Numata and research engineers Hitoshi Takenami and Yu Nagai met with Alliant professors Dr. Glenn Lipson and Dr. James Turner.
