Darlene Sweetland is an Alliant alumna and Ron Stolberg is a professor in the doctoral program at Alliant San Diego.

Darlene Sweetland and Ron Stolberg are both proud members of the Alliant International University family. Darlene is an alumna and Ron is an assistant professor in the California School of Professional Psychology.

Together they wrote the book Teaching Kids to Think: Raising Confident, Independent, and Thoughtful Children. It has met with much success and was selected as one of Publisher’s Weekly 2015 Select Parenting Titles. It's now being translated into multiple languages worldwide.

The couple was profiled in the most recent edition of 92129 magazine.
