1. SPONSOR

The Alliant World Teacher Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Alliant University (“Alliant” or “Sponsor”), 10455 Pomerado Road, San Diego, CA 92131.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE, APPLICATION, ENROLLMENT, TUITION PAYMENT, DONATION, OR OTHER PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Monday, October 5, 2026, and ends at 10:00 a.m. PT on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void and will not be eligible.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates who are involved in the development, administration, advertising, promotion, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes are not eligible.
• Immediate family members and members of the household of any person described above are not eligible, regardless of whether they are related.
• Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may enter by completing all of the following steps on the designated Sweepstakes social-media post published by @AlliantU (the “Designated Post”):

• Post one (1) comment on the Designated Post containing the entrant’s original response to the prompt stated in that post.
• Include the hashtag #AlliantTeachersWin in the same comment.
• Follow @AlliantU on social media

No purchase, follow, like, share, repost, tagging of friends, or other action is required to enter or improve the entrant’s odds of winning.

Any such actions are voluntary and will not affect an entrant’s chances.

The entry must be publicly viewable to Sponsor through the social-media platform on which the Designated Post appears. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their account and privacy settings permit Sponsor to view the entry. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that cannot be viewed because of account, privacy, platform, or technical restrictions.

By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the applicable social-media platform’s terms and rules.

6. ENTRY LIMIT

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of social-media accounts or platforms used. If more than one eligible entry is submitted by the same person, only the first eligible entry received will be considered. Entries generated through multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, automated systems, bots, or other methods intended to circumvent this limit may be disqualified, and Sponsor may disqualify all entries submitted by that entrant.

7. ENTRY CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

Each entry must be original to the entrant and must not:

• Infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, moral, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right of any third party material.
• Contain malicious code, advertisements, solicitations, spam, or content unrelated to the Sweepstakes prompt.
• Include the name, image, likeness, or personal information of another person unless the entrant has obtained all permissions and consents necessary for the submission and contemplated use described in these Official Rules.
• Violate applicable law or the rules, terms, or policies of the applicable social-media platform.

Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to disqualify any entry that Sponsor determines in good faith does not comply with these requirements or that is otherwise inappropriate for the Sweepstakes.

8. RANDOM DRAWING AND WINNER SELECTION

Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or about Tuesday, October 13, 2026, after the Sweepstakes Period closes. The odds of winning depend upon the

• Contain unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate total number of eligible entries received. The final winners will be determined after Sponsor verifies each potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

9. PRIZES

Five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive one (1) Alliant Teacher Kit. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $[125], and the total ARV of all five (5) prizes is $[625].

Each winner will receive One (1) Alliant Teacher Kit. Each kit contains: 

• 1 packet of Oxford Folders (25 ct)
• 1 pack of Amazon Basics 3-Ring Binders, 1-Inch – White (4ct)
• 1 box of Sharpie Highlighters (24 ct)
• 1 box of  STAEDTLER Mars Plastic Vinyl Erasers  (20 ct)
• 1 box of Rosemond graph paper (24 count)
• 16 count pack of ‘That’s it’ brand Fruit Crunchables Fruit Snacks
• 3 packs of Meade Spiral Notebooks (each pack is 6, total 18 ct)

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. No prize will be awarded in excess of the number stated in these Official Rules.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Each potential winner will be notified by direct message through the social-media platform associated with the winning entry within approximately one (1) business day after the random drawing. Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide, within seventy-two (72) hours after notification (or within the deadline stated in the notification), information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and administer the prize, including the entrant’s legal name, mailing address, date of birth, and other information reasonably requested by Sponsor.

A potential winner who does not respond within the required time, cannot be verified as eligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or whose notification or prize delivery is returned as undeliverable may be disqualified. In that event, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, if time permits.

A potential winner is not a winner until eligibility has been verified and Sponsor has confirmed the award in writing or otherwise expressly confirmed the person as a winner.

11. USE OF ENTRY CONTENT AND PUBLICITY

By entering, each entrant represents that the entrant has all rights necessary to submit the entry and grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, publish, edit, adapt, and otherwise use the entry, in whole or in part, solely in connection with administering, promoting, publicizing, and documenting the Sweepstakes and Alliant’s World Teacher Day activities, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Each winner also authorizes Sponsor, to the extent permitted by law, to use the winner’s name, social-media handle, likeness, voice, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for Sweepstakes-related promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor will not knowingly use entry content in a manner that falsely suggests an endorsement of a product, service, or claim not actually made by that person.

12. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, communicate with entrants and potential winners, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, maintain Sweepstakes records, and as otherwise permitted or required by law, in accordance with Alliant University’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law. Optional marketing consent will be separate from Sweepstakes entry and will not be required to enter or win.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other social-media platform on which the Sweepstakes is promoted (collectively, the “Platforms”). Each entrant releases and holds harmless the Platforms from claims arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes and acknowledges that information provided in connection with the Sweepstakes is provided to Sponsor, not to the Platforms. The Sweepstakes remains subject to all applicable Platform terms and policies.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent, deceptive, automated, or unauthorized means to enter, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, a security incident, administrative error, or other circumstances compromise its fairness or operation. Sponsor may, to the extent permitted by law, award prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received before such action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or technical, network, platform, or other errors affecting the Sweepstakes.

15. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant releases, indemnifies, defends, and holds harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and prize suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, a breach of these Official Rules, or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Official Rules are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego County, California, and each entrant consents to that jurisdiction and venue.
