Program Overview

A credentialed school psychologist operates in an educational setting to support students in their academic, social, and emotional well-being. School psychologists work in schools as direct employees, collaborating with administration, teachers, staff, families, and students to make a positive impact on a student’s education. If you want to pursue an online School Psychology Master of Arts or Education Specialist degree, our programs can help you prepare for impactful careers working directly with students through assessment and intervention with diverse student populations.

Alliant University’s online school psychology programs, offered through the School of Education (SOE), prepare our graduate students to help guide children through their most vital formative years. You’ll develop the expertise and skills needed to pursue your degree and credential through our online program and in-person fieldwork. Our School Psychology graduate students use the skills and techniques learned in their programs almost immediately in their fieldwork, helping public school students succeed throughout their educational experience. If you want to be a school psychologist, Alliant can help you get started through a masters degree or educational specialist degree in School Psychology.
