Dr. Brittany Nwachuku, LCSW, LISW-S, is an Associate Professor in the online Master of Social Work (MSW) program at Alliant International University. She has extensive clinical experience gained through work across various medical and mental health settings, including juvenile probation, foster care, educational environments, private practice, and oncology healthcare. Beyond her academic and administrative roles, Dr. Nwachuku serves on numerous boards, advisory panels, and committees that focus on women's and girls' health issues. She collaborates with various organizations to promote continuing education initiatives for clinical social work students and practicing clinicians. Her scholarly work includes publications and presentations on social justice, anti-racism in social work education, as well as on grief, bereavement, trauma, and psychosocial oncology care.
