Are Alliant’s nursing programs accredited?
Yes! The Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing (DE and Nurse Executive) programs at Alliant University are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (ccneaccreditation.org).
CCNE accreditation indicates that Alliant’s nursing programs meet rigorous standards for quality of curriculum, faculty, and alignment with nursing standards. In other words, you can trust Alliant to prepare you to start your nursing career with confidence.
How does Alliant prepare nursing students for the NCLEX?
The School of Nursing and Health Sciences (SNHS) in Arizona offers two paths to completing your MSN or BSN program; one if you have no college credits and another if you have completed most of your general education requirements. General education classes are offered online, with nursing courses taught on campus. Alliant is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), and our nursing programs are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). The nursing program curriculum aligns with the very latest American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Essentials and focuses on helping you develop vital nursing competencies. Your Arizona nursing program and experiences are directed to prepare you to sit for the NCLEX exam and earn a license as a registered nurse in Arizona.
Can I expect to get hands-on experience?
