Arizona Alternative Teacher Certification in Elementary Education Recommendation. If you want to become an elementary school teacher in Arizona, this ASBE-approved teacher preparation program prepares you to teach grades pre-K–8 within the state of Arizona.
Arizona Secondary Teacher Certification Program
Arizona Alternative Teacher Certification in Secondary Education Recommendation. If you want to become a middle school or high school teacher in Arizona, this ASBE-approved teacher preparation program prepares you to become a teacher in any 6–12 grade classroom within the state of Arizona.
Master of Arts in Education (MAE) in Teaching
Students in either Arizona teacher preparation program can concurrently earn their Master’s degree in teaching with only three more courses.

Classes Starting Every Eight Weeks
You can enroll in this program at any point in the year; qualified applicants are accepted every eight weeks.

The program typically takes 12 months for certification, and an additional two terms for certification and master’s degree.

Alliant’s no-cost, In-Service Academy (ISA) will support your ongoing professional development for two years after completing your program.
