The doctoral organizational psychology and leadership programs are offering one-on-one career coaching from an expert in the field. Focused coaching sessions will enable you to explore career choices in helping organizations become more effective. These are introductory coaching sessions at no fee, specifically for people who want to know more about Industrial and organizational psychology, leadership, organization development and career options in related fields (not suitable for current or former graduate students of organizational psychology programs at Alliant).

These sessions can be in person, or via phone or video-conference upon your request.
