There is nothing more powerful than education.
We live in a time of ever-growing globalization, we call the nation’s most diverse state home, and we are part of a society that recognizes the simple fact that education is the great equalizer— and so we share the collective responsibility of ensuring that generations to come have access to the best education possible. That is why we at Alliant International University are teaming up with local school districts across California to host our 3rd Annual Education Career Fair.
Whether you are looking to change careers and are new to the field of education, or you are a current educator looking to specialize or further your profession, we welcome you to join us in a day of educational exploration.
For those looking to enter the field of education
You will learn everything you need to become a teacher, school psychologist, or school counselor. From certification to credentialing requirements— you will leave with a clear map of your path to an educational career.
For educators looking for new job opportunities
Local school districts will be on hand to share the job opportunities they have available and will chat with you about how you can become the newest member of their team.

The California Teacher Shortage
Education is the great equalizer, the most powerful path to success, and the most valuable asset in the modern era. Yet, the next generation’s ability to get a quality education is being threatened by one of the worst teacher shortage crises in modern history. We need teachers, school counselors, and school psychologists now!
