What Our Graduates Say

Roxana Bellia, PhD Industrial Organizational Psychology GraduatesInitially, I was inclined towards the clinical program and had begun my studies in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After an examination of my own temperament, I felt that I’d be better suited for a degree that had both an individual employee and systemic organizational orientation. I was simply looking for answers and I-O at Alliant was the right program for me based on my desire for a blend of research, theory and applied knowledge.  My choice of degree opened doors throughout my career. I’m excited to bring my academic and work experience to create new leadership programs where creativity, knowledge and ingenuity can meet current and emerging challenges head on.

Every day I rely on what I learned and experienced in the organizational psychology program. With each client and at every phase of our work together, I look to theory and practice—my own experience plus that of my mentors and peers—to guide me. The OP program helped me build a solid foundation to do work that I love. (It comes in handy with family and friends, too!)
