Our Organizational Psychology Program and Leadership Program is offering one-on-one career coaching from a selection of academicians and practitioners with a variety of expertise. Focused coaching sessions will enable you to explore career options in organizations, assess your skills and talents, clarify your career goals, develop a career management strategy or plan, and improve your networking skills. These are introductory coaching sessions at no fee, specifically for people who want to know more about Industrial and Organizational Psychology and career options in this field (not suitable for current or former graduate students of IO psychology programs).
