Lead the Future of Education

Where vision takes form in reality. Where passion emerges as transformation. Where educating yourself is done with the pure intent to educate others. The need for leaders and innovators in the world of education is greater than ever before. Become one of these leaders and innovators with the Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Management and become an agent of change in educational organizations, prepared to guide the next generation of transformational educators.

In the EdD in Educational Leadership and Management Degree Program, topics like global education trends, ethics of curriculum theory, and administrative and governance systems give you a glimpse into the world’s learning curve. Human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and advanced finance coursework equips you with expertise in the business of learning. These courses—alongside your dissertation—prepare you with the skillset you need for a career in educational leadership and administration in public, private, and higher education institutions.

Our EdD in Educational Leadership and Management is offered two different ways—one for those that are already in possession of a master’s degree, and one for those in possession of a bachelor’s degree.

EdD in Educational Leadership & Management – Master’s Track
The California School of Education (CSOE) is now offering this program in a shorter, more specialized format that is designed specifically for those already in possession of a master’s degree. Our new EdD in Educational Leadership and Management now comes with two new specialization tracks in Social Justice Studies and K-12/Charter School Studies; and is only 46 credits long, removing almost a full year from your path to an EdD.

EdD in Educational Leadership & Management – Bachelor’s Track
CSOE is now offering a direct line from your Bachelor’s degree to your EdD in Educational Leadership and Management. This 3-to-4-year program is specifically designed to train you up past a master’s-level education and through your dissertation and to your doctoral degree.

While these two programs do have their differences, they share the same educational quality and passion of faculty who will prepare you to become the kind of leader in education that will change the world for the students of tomorrow’s California.
