Antonio Aranda is currently the manager of Global Talent Analytics and Insights at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City, California. As a data analytics professional for over nine years, Antonio has applied his expertise in research and analytics across various work settings including search engine marketing, direct advertising, market research, consumer satisfaction and HR analytics. Antonio has experience as both an internal and external consultant for several industries including education, entertainment, personal fitness, motorsports, government, and consumer package goods. Antonio Aranda received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico. He is currently completing his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University, Los Angeles. His academic research study on the effects of race and credit history on hiring selection was presented at the IOOB Conference 2011 in San Diego, California.
