St. Luke’s Hemophilia Center has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Psychologist, Hemophilia Behaviorist!
St. Luke’s Hemophilia Center (SLHC) Psychologist – (Hemophilia Behaviorist) primary responsibilities are to provide direct patient care in the form of clinical consultation, neuropsychological testing, and individual, group, or family therapy to patient’s with a bleeding disorder and their families. Services may be provided in the inpatient, outpatient, community, telemedicine and hemophilia foundation (including camp) settings. Responsible for some education of staff of motivational interviewing techniques as it pertains to hemophilia education and services. Works with administration, medical staff, Hemophilia MSW, and patients/families to grow and develop the behavioral health services at SLHC. Serves as a liaison with Hemophilia Foundations. Leader for evaluating behavioral health programs, projects, and grants management. Supports the philosophy, goals and objectives of SLHC Comprehensive Clinic and St. Luke’s Health System.
Minimum Requirements include:
- Graduation from an APA/CPA accredited school doctoral program.
- Five years or more of clinical experience. Experience/connection with hemophilia and bleeding disorders is highly desirable.
- Current license or eligible to practice psychology in the State of Idaho.
