SAN DIEGO -- Dec. 20, 2012 -- Two Alliant International University graduate students were selected as recipients of the second Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research/Society of Consulting Psychology "Small Grants Competition," 2012. The program aims to encourage high quality research in the field and to increase the publication of high-quality research in the journal. The winning proposals were selected based on peer review.

Congratulations to students Ashley Barth Forbes and Jocelyn Tomaka, and to their faculty supervisors, Drs. Mary Fambrough (SF campus) and Bernardo Ferdman (SD campus). Additional congratulations to Dr. Rodney Lowman (SD campus), who has received funding to co-chair a group to define competency standards for coaching.
