Dr. Sohee Jun brings nearly 15 years’ of progressive experience in broad-based Organization Development and Learning and Development. Sohee has worked with a variety of industries including, Entertainment, Financial Services, and Engineering companies, supporting clients ranging from small start-up operations to multi-national Fortune 500 corporations. She earned her PhD in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. Currently, she is Executive Director of Organizational Development at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, a global entertainment firm
Hamed Nagshbandi, MA, brings project experiences encompassing broad-based and executive compensation design and programs, compensation policies and processes, and compensation technology assessment and implementation. Hamed worked to design, test, and implement SuccessFactors’ compensation module at multiple large global clients; He also has extensive experience with Kenexa Comp Analyst as a user for market pricing data and also from a client
implementation perspective. Hamed holds a masters in I.O. Psychology from Alliant International University. Currently, he is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, LLC, a global consulting firm.
