Organizational Health Workshop by CSPP Professor Dr. Kathryn Goldman Schuyler
On Monday, August 3, 2015, CSPP Professor at Alliant San Francisco Dr. Kathryn Goldman Schuyler will present her most recent research into organizational health in a workshop titled “Healthy Organizations in a Healthy World: What’s Your Role?”
Attendees will gain insight into the health of their current organizations, take part in probing questions to discover organizational priorities and learn the necessary steps to create healthier organizations. Dr. Goldman Schuyler’s insights come from interviews and conversations with key organizational development thinkers Ed Schein, Margaret Wheatley, Peter Senge, Robert Quinn and Otto Scharmer. This research was conducted over the past year for her forthcoming book.
Dr. Goldman Schuyler is a sociologist, organizational consultant and educator. She has helped hundreds of executives cultivate healthy organizations, but her current passion is helping graduate students make the changes they want in their lives. She is also the author of “Inner Peace-Global Impact: Tibetan Buddhism, Leadership, and Work.”
