Neuropsychology Consultants in McKinney, Texas is currently seeking a post-doctoral fellow. This is a one-year, full-time position in clinical neuropsychology with an option of a second year. The start date is flexible, but anticipated to be before fall 2014.

The primary goal of the program is to prepare fellows for employment as a clinical neuropsychologist and is inspired by the practitioner-scholar training model. The fellow will be working under the supervision of a licensed psychologist and assist in conducting comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. Fellows are expected to complete 2-3 evaluations per week and will receive individual supervision on a regular basis, and will likely have the opportunity to participate in group supervision and didactic trainings. Patients are primarily children, with a small percentage of adults, with a wide variety of psychological, neurodevelopmental, and medical conditions. Applicants must have completed all requirements for a doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field from an APA-accredited program, including successful completion of a pre-doctoral internship. Specialty training in neuropsychology is preferred and Texas licensure as a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) is a plus.

The salary is competitive.
