DBT Therapist – 30 to 40 hours/wk


The successful candidate should be an intern or licensed MFT, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD. Position requires intensive training in DBT and a minimum of two years of experience running DBT skills groups. Experience in a residential, hospital, or outpatient setting is preferred. Candidate must also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities: The DBT therapist is responsible for facilitating DBT skills training groups, as well as a variety of other evidenced-based groups. This position is also responsible for conducting individual therapy sessions and will work as part of a DBT consultation team.


Dietician – 10 to 15 hours/week


Clearview Treatment Programs is seeking a part-time registered dietician to work approximately 10-15 hours/week. The successful candidate should be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian. Experience working with the eating disorder population is required. Candidate should also have at least two years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities: Conduct nutrition assessments and follow ups for clients with specific nutritional issues, as well as provide basic nutrition counseling on healthy eating and meal planning. Coordinate dietary treatment plan and interventions with other members of the treatment team, including therapist, psychiatrist, clinical director, and support staff. Co-facilitate nutrition and wellness groups. Coordinate with program chef and program coordinators around clients with special dietary needs.



Office Manager – full-time


Clearview Treatment Programs is seeking a full-time office manager for our Westwood location. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience working in a fast-paced office setting. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Candidate should also be self-directed and have the ability to work independently on multiple projects at once. Must have excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.


Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day tasks involved in an outpatient treatment setting, including answering phones, interfacing with clients, preparing client charts, and updating relevant reports. Will also be responsible for general office management, including ordering supplies, running errands, and maintaining office equipment.


Program Aides and Community Counselors


Clearview Treatment Programs is seeking part- and full-time Program Aides and Community Counselors for our residential dual diagnosis and Borderline Personality Disorder programs. The successful candidate should have some experience in a residential drug and alcohol and/or psychiatric hospital setting as a technician, or in an administrative or counseling role. Candidate must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.


Responsibilities: Program Aides and Community Counselors are responsible for monitoring and supervising psychiatric clients in their daily program.
