CSPP Alumna Kenna Cottrill, Ph.D. to Present at Organizational Psychology Event (Los Angeles Campus)

The organizational psychology program at Alliant Los Angeles is holding an event titled Growing a Diversity and Inclusion Initiative: Bringing People Together Beyond the Mission, with special guest Kenna Cottrill, Ph.D.. Cottrill is an organizational development consultant at City of Hope, a nationally recognized cancer institute. Her work centers on helping people work better together. She has lead and supported projects and initiatives in diversity and inclusion, change, engagement and team effectiveness. Cottrill finished her Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology at Alliant International University in 2012. Her dissertation was titled “Antecedents and Outcomes of Organizational Inclusion.”
