CAREER COACHING DAYS
CSPP Organizational Psychology Program is offering one-on-one career coaching from a selection of academicians and practitioners with a variety of expertise. Focused coaching sessions will enable you to explore career options in organizations, assess your skills and talents, clarify your career goals, develop a career management strategy or plan, and improve your networking skills. These are introductory coaching sessions at no fee, specifically for people who want to know more about Industrial and Organizational Psychology and career options in this field (not suitable for current or former graduate students of IO psychology programs).

CSPP Organizational Psychology Programs
The Organizational Psychology programs at CSPP provide a combination of academic work in theory and research with professional training. This close integration of classroom and field work gives our graduates unique professional preparation for careers in organizational psychology.
CONVENIENT CLASSES TO SUIT YOUR SCHEDULE
Courses are offered in convenient daytime, executive, evening and/or condensed formats (varies by campus). Another advantage to the Organizational Psychology programs is the shared curriculum, which allows students to access faculty expertise at all campuses and offers students flexibility to take some courses online and at other campuses.
Student access faculty local to their campus, and also the Organizational Psychology faculty at other campuses. Faculty bring a breadth of professional experience as coaches and consultants into the classroom. Read more about our faculty here.
