This webinar will provide answers for these questions, and give a brief overview of graduate programs in I-O Psychology.

Nurcan Ensari, Ph.D  is a Professor and the Director of Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University.  Her research specializations are in intergroup relations and prejudice, personalization and intergroup contact, leadership, multiculturalism and diversity management, and cross-cultural psychology. She has extensive years of experience in teaching internationally, as well as numerous publications.
