Colloquium with CSPP Alumnus Dr. Mark Barnes (May 19, 2-3pm in Fresno)
Dr. Mark Barnes (CSPP-Fresno, ’90), a candidate for the CSPP PHD PD/faculty position, will be presenting a colloquium on Tuesday, May 19, from 2-3 PM with a meeting/interview with students following, from 3-3:30. Pizza and salad will be available at 1:45 prior to the start of the presentation.
Both meetings will be in Room 74. The title of his colloquium is “Personal and Professional Development Through Teaching, Scientific Inquiry and Clinical Training.”

Dr. Mark Barnes completed his PhD in Clinical Psychology from CSPP in Fresno and has over 20 years as a clinician with children and families, teaching assessment, core theory, and clinical courses, and providing clinical supervision of the child-family rotation in our Psychological Services Center. He has been the Director of Training at the Sullivan Center for the past 20 years, including developing it into an APPIC Training site. He has been involved in research on the Rorschach R-PAS system and currently teaches a research practicum on developing child normative data for the R-PAS system.
