Springfield College seeks applications for a one-year faculty position in our Psy.D. Counseling Psychology program. Responsibilities include teaching core counseling courses, including practicum and a specialty area, and coordinating clinical practica and APA internship preparation.

Preferred candidates for this position have an earned doctorate in Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program and are licensed or license eligible as a Psychologist in the state of MA. Candidates should have prior experience in clinical, administrative, and supervisory roles. The College seeks candidates who demonstrate a commitment to scholarly and practical achievement in the field as well as excellence in college teaching.  Preference will be given to candidates who are effective at developing and assessing competence-based outcomes and who have demonstrated multicultural competence.
