The Vinfen Corporation is currently accepting applications for an
Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) – Systems Development and Training
position in the Greater Boston area, within the Clinical Department of the
Developmental Services Division. Under the direction of the Director of
Clinical Services and in collaboration with Vinfen’s Director of Training and Development, provides support and leadership to the Division in the use
of behaviorally-based education technologies, E-Learning, and other
progressive training methodologies in support of our diverse workforce.

The minimal entry requirements for this position include a Master’s Degree in
Behavior Analysis, Psychology or a related field. Qualifications include
formal academic training and professional experience in Organizational
Behavior Management. Two to three years experience in clinical settings,
staff training and development. Formal academic training and professional
experience is required in creating training materials/programs using
methodologies of a Personalized System of Instruction (PSI), E-Learning and
other alternative methods of instruction.
